CHARGES

We offer Free domestic shipping.

For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.

The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping at Breathe by Aakanksha depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

Please note: the shipping charges does not include import duty(s). If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately at breathebyaakanksha.care@gmail.com

For international deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.

DELIVERY

Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page. The delivery lead-time is about 4-12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively.

Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Breathe by Aakanksha. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
